Shipping and Returns

SECTION 1 – SHIPPING

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours after shipment. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the supplier's logistics. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return and money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Returns must be authorized prior to shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Orders should be inspected upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Postage must be arranged and covered by the customer. Defective, incorrect, or damaged items can be fully refunded or replaced.

*The following items are excluded from return: perishable goods, individualized products, hygiene products, cosmetic products, sale items, and gift vouchers.

SECTION 3 – EXCHANGE

Size exchanges are available through store credit. Contact us for approval. The fastest way to obtain an exchange is to return the original item and, once approved, place a new order. For orders shipped within the European Union, customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us. Lost or delayed shipments may be refunded or replaced if not delivered within 45 days (US) or 60 days (other countries).

No refund will be given in the following cases: change of mind, item still in transit, incorrect orders, incorrect delivery address, refused orders, failure to pick up the item in time, no safe delivery location, uncleared customs, if the product does not look and/or taste as expected, or if individual results vary and do not meet personal expectations.

SECTION 5 – DAMAGE & DELAYS

A full refund or replacement will be offered if a package arrives significantly damaged. In cases of partial damage, we may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion. This does not include minor imperfections such as loose threads, box wrinkles, or small surface scratches.

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, epidemics, international events, strikes, wars, viruses, logistics disruptions, or customs inspections.
